How long will the delivery take?

Most of our parcels get delivered within 2-5 working days.

What if my item is faulty or Broken?

If you received your time faulty or in a damaged condition you can contact us within 7 days from the date you received. We will happily exchange your products.

Can I exchange or return my item in store?

No, you cannot exchange or return the products to any of our physical stores. You can contact us via the “Contact Us” form or email to arrange the return or exchange

What if I change my mind about the product or I choose the wrong product?

We are happy to exchange the product within 7 days. The product must have its original packaging.
